A published author, speaker at prestigious conferences in his field, David was publicly recognized in Israel’s technology and venture-capital industries, a native of Jerusalem, he received his LL.B degree in 1968 (Hebrew University), and his LL.M in 1970 (Tel Aviv University, with honors) and studied toward a Ph.D. degree (Tel Aviv University). He was admitted to the Israeli Bar in 1972. His community contributions include such diverse activities as former chairman (hon.) of the High-Tech Industries Association, founder and former board member of the Israel Venture Association (IVA), council member for the Bat Sheva Dance Company and member of the Board of Management of the Association of Friends of the Tel Aviv-Yaffo Sourassky Medical Center.
